Owners Rich and Chuck Carpenter got their start in the housing business in 1974. Rich and Chuck
began managing the business in 1983 before assuming full ownership in 1986. Rich oversees the
building permit process and working with the various municipalities insuring their requirements are met.
He will manage the site layout and drawings, co-ordinate the site development and oversee the sub
contractors to keep the project on schedule. Chuck oversees the delivery and installation process
insuring all the final touches are completed and will do a orientation walk through when handing you
your new keys. He will direct the service and warranty programs resolving any issues that may arise .
